A weekend with Aunt Marie and Grandma and Grandpa McFadden

Tyler decided he wanted to make the drive out to Richfield, Utah

to go hunting with his Dad and Brothers. So the kids and I

joined him on the car ride until we got to Provo, UT where

he dropped me and kids off at my sister's (Aunt Marie's) house.

Aunt Marie just recently got engaged we we got to talk

and do wedding stuff all weekend long....it was so much fun!

Fortunately for the kids and I...Grandma Rosie and

Grandpa Dave came up for the weekend as well.

Grandpa Dave even surprised the kids with a trip

to Utah's Hogle Zoo, while Grandma stayed home

to work on (sew) Aunt Marie's Wedding Dress. After

the zoo he treated them to "Old McDonalds"

(as Addie called it) for lunch. What a fun morning we had

with Grandpa Dave.

Addie loved helping Aunt "Rie" in the kitchen.

While people were napping on Sunday afternoon

they were busy scrubbing potatoes, making zucchini

brownies, and taste testing the batter!!!

We also had a chance to visit my Dad's brother,

Jon and his wife Carol. Jon is about as farmer as

you can get. He's a sweet ol' guy with not a lot to say.

Addie and Trey loved seeing and feeding all the cows.

Yay!!! Aunt Marie is getting married!

Can you say....BEAUTIFUL??

Needless to say both Tyler and I had a great weekend

with our families.
